Returns & Exchanges
At Elaara, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our straightforward return and exchange policy designed with you in mind.
Return Policy
- We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible returns.
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse the package at delivery and immediately contact us at care@elaara.in with your order ID. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
- For other returns (if you simply don’t like the product), please log in to your account (or create one with the email used for purchase), submit a return request, and choose the return option. We will arrange a convenient doorstep pickup.
- Returns must include the entire order if purchased under special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 1 offers. Partial returns on such orders will not be accepted.
- Returns will only be accepted in its original conditions and box/packaging along with the Jewellery tags intact.
- Items must be unused & returned in the same condition in which you received it.
- Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned, the order will not be accepted and will be returned back.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, log in to your account and submit an exchange request. We will arrange for the pickup of the original item and ship the replacement within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Exchange is possible only for the similar item, and not for any other product available in the store.
- Exchanges of previously exchanged products are not permitted. If an exchange return is accepted, store credit will be issued.
- No discounts apply on exchanged orders.
- Items must be unused & returned along with the Tags intact in same condition in which you received it.
- Exchange items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned, the order will not be accepted and will be returned back.
Additional Important Information
- Please record an unboxing video upon delivery. This will help us address any issues such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items promptly.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, just as you received it. We're committed to providing you with the best service, and ensuring that your return & exchange process is seamless and efficient.
- Free Pick Ups and Exchanges for orders in India.
- Gift boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- You may avail store credit up to twice per order. After that, no further returns or exchanges on that order will be accepted.
- Luxury sets must be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery due to their handcrafted nature.
- For “Buy 2 Get 1” offers, all three products must be returned if you want to return any one.
- If the product is not handed over to the courier at pickup, the customer must arrange self-shipment.
- Return requests must be made through your online account only; requests via email, social media, or phone will not be accepted.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment source within 4–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer; please provide bank details during your return request.
- Returned items must be accompanied by a pickup receipt as proof. Lost shipments require your proof of return for refund processing.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products
- Items showing physical damage caused post-delivery.
- Products returned after the 2-day (return) or (exchange) window.
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Partial returns/refunds for special promotional orders such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free (entire order must be returned).
Cancellation Policy
- Elaara reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
